OSAT Blog Hop | Purses, Poppies, and Paris

Well hello there, friend! Happy New Year! I am excited to kick off the new year with a One Stamp At A Time (OSAT) Blog Hop! It's time for new beginnings as they say so today we're showcasing Purses, Poppies, and Paris! This is to say that we're showcasing all things from the new Mini Catalogue from Stampin' Up!

There are some great new products in the new Mini Catalogue and once again Stampin' Up! does not disappoint! Here are the project details:

1. Forever Blossoms Bundle (153781). Both the stamped images and the sentiments come from the Forever Blossoms Bundle. Here's a closer look at this gorgeous set.

2. Colour Combination. I used Whisper White, Rich Razzleberry, and Old Olive.

3. Watercolour Pencils. I used the Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive Watercolour Pencils, along with an Aqua Painter, to colour in the flowers and leaves. The floral stem is coloured lightly with the Early Espresso Watercolour Pencil only (no Aqua Painter was for this part).

4. 3D Effect. I stamped, coloured, and die cut two extra flowers to overlay on top of the floral stem to create a 3D look. I think this turned out super pretty and looked great given the 3D florals at the bottom of the card.

5. The Small Details. The scalloped edge on the Money Wallet was created with a die from the Stitched Be Mine Dies and the 'Always and Forever' band was created using the Everyday Label Punch.
