Black and Gold Holiday Card for PCC #318

I am so excited to announce that I am the newest member of the Paper Craft Crew Design Team! I am joining a very talented group of designers and I couldn't be more thrilled to join this weekly challenge group. If you're not familiar with how these challenges work, every week you will be be given different types of inspiration for the challenge; be it Colour, Theme or Sketch inspiration. You then submit your project as part of the challenge. It's just a fun way to create and gain inspiration from others, and of course, you can have some bragging rights if your chosen as the winner. ;)

This weeks challenge is all about the holidays! Can you believe we're only a couple of weeks out to Christmas?! 2018 has flown by! I just started my Christmas shopping this past weekend, but at least I've sent out all of my cards!

This beautiful black and gold card is just perfect for the holiday theme. It features the Detailed Deer Thinlit Dies (#147915), which is probably in my top 3 favourites from the 2018 Holiday Catalogue. They are gorgeous! The Gold Glimmer Paper (#146958) and Gold Embossing Powder (#109129) really pop against the black cardstock.

For the layered paper I used the All Is Bright Designer Series Paper (#147892), which is some of the most versatile DSP Stampin' Up! has ever came out with. The images and textures are just beautiful and lend themselves nicely to so many different designs. I should note that this DSP is retiring and is part of the Year-End Closeout! It will be available until January 2 or while supplies last, but don't wait too long to order - I don't want you to miss out!

I do hope you love today's card as much as I do and I hope you join in on the Paper Craft Crew challenge this week! Head on over to the Paper Craft Crew website so read all the details and to submit your own project!

If you are purchasing products today and live in Canada, I'd love for you to shop in my online store. I'd also be thrilled if you would the Hostess Code below when prompted.
